Can't get video with TP2 with Proper cable

Title pretty much says it all. have Rhod400, just got the proper Video Cables and when plugged in nothing happens. I've searched the forums but all I've seen is threads about making your own cable. Any ideas would be helpful.

Second, what ROM? Hopefully a mod moves it for you.
