Had issues with my Photon, muted calls incoming/outgoing! Screen would black out while on call and wouldn't come back unless powerbutton depressed! Phone was replaced! Next day muted calls started again, took to Sprint, couldn't duplicate problem! Had issues with contacts, hard reset was performed for this! After contacts placed back, phone was alerted of a software update! Since update was done, phone working great, no issues as of yet! Liking my Photon now!
