Help with apps stopping unexpectedly

My wife has an epic and today her phone froze. When she restarted it a bunch of apps started to stop unexpectedly. Here are some of the error messages i got.
Swype- process com.swype.android.inputmethod,
Phone-process.com.sec.android.app.dialertab,
Google Services-process com.google.process.gapps

Anyone know what to do? I think I put ACS syndicate frozen 1.2 on her phone. thanks

Did you apply the Journaling on patch?

if not that is your problem..with journaling off your chance of corruption goes up and improperly restarting your phone/loosing battery life = almost guaranteed corruption...

reinstall the rom and use the journaling on patch

Didn't have the patch. I'll reinstall the rom and use it. Thanks

Wirelessly posted (HTC Touch Pro2 (Sprint): Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2.1; en-us; SPH-D700 Build/FROYO) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

Had the same issues on the same ROM. Booting into CWM and Fixing Permissions always seems to solve this for me.

gTen, do you have a link to the Patch?

Thanks Darren. I did flash that myself and it seems to solve MOST of the FCs.
