Internet goes to sleep

Please help me solve the problem, my Touch Pro takes the Internet into sleep mode (arrows becoming gray). I suggested that this mode is dormant. How to disable it? I have to the Internet has been a constant force on and off only on my decision

thought that the problem in the firmware or the radio rom, tried to radio sprint 1.12.34F, verizon 1.03.09V, alltel 1.12.20F. And the firmware [02-08-10] [6.1] Lead ROM v4, [KITCHEN] Psyki 4 Final - Custom Glass Manila 2.1, native Sprint ... not solve the problem
