i've got this handheld device includes software that is proprietary and confidential to research in motion and/or its affiliates except to the extent that rim is expressly precluded by law from prohibiting from doing so you are not permitted to reverse engineer. has anyone any ideas on how to sort it don't fancy going to the store i bought it from as the 2 trips there and back equals over 10 hrs
