Recover deleted text messages / cemail.vol

By a (stupid) mistake i deleted some important text messages on my Windows Mobile device. After that i also cleared the deleted items folder.

After i noticed, i immediately saved the cemail.vol file. When i open that file with a text editor I can some text of a deleted message, but not the whole message. It looks like the file is encrypted.

Is it possible to restore/recover those deleted messages. Or just view them or convert it to a readable format?
