New phone, best way to transfer ALL info?

Had to get a new, read refurbished, phone from Asurion. I cracked my screen on a fall from the countertop.

is there a way to transfer all pics, videos, texts, apps, contacts, etc?

Re: New phone, best way to transfer ALL info?

I guess the arrive isn't gorilla glass after all.

videos, pics and music will all transfer to the new arrive if u have a Zune partnership and as soon as the new one gets connected.

contacts will be added back once u enter in the email account they were associated with.

apps are a gray area, if u installed them through Zune they will be transferred back upon connecting but if u installed them through the market u have to hunt them down and install them one by one but u don't have to re purchase them.

text messages.. are gone, not yet a way to back those up but will change with mango.

My computer tower sits on top of a granite slab made to be a desk. Fell off the tower, into the granite desk, and onto the ceramic floor. Ouch

Tip: Easily see your app purchase history

The Zune web marketplace will finally allow us to see a list of the apps we purchased, but even now there is a way I suspect most of us did not know about
