Keyboard backlight on for more than 5 sec.?

Does anyone know if there is a way to tweak the keyboard backlight setting to stay on for more than 5 sec.? I remember that on my SCH-i760 there was a setting to trigger the keyboard light to stay on from say 7:00 pm until 5:00 am every time I would use the phone during that time.
