First Apple, now Google - I'll have a class action lawsuit with a side of paranoia
I don't know about everyone else, but I'm a little tired of all the stupid lawsuits over smartphone location tracking. I mean, unless you're doing something illegal, does anyone really care? Anyway, here are a couple of links to the story. The first link is a story from PCMag.com. The second link is a more of an editorial but has a few more details.

Thats just dumb..its not enabled by default...you actually have to opt into it...
