zune app and windoows marketplace not working!

I try using the windows market place it says "not available in my area yet...and the Zune app is missing the "marketplace" option...any ideas?

I don't really understand what you're trying to do...are you trying to put Zune on your PC...trying to use it on your phone...?

both apps that were pre installed on the HD7 I try to open the marketplace and it gives me a error message "not available in region/country" it worked fine yesterday.

Did you try turning it off and back on?

a few times. I also removed the battery and let it sit for about an hour. Still same error. I checked the settings on the phone doesn't give me the option anymore to turn on/off zune. Just Zune account settings option which takes me to the Zune.net site.

Zune and the marketplace work fine for me. sure that u have the region in ur hotmail/live account set to united states?

I just broke down and reset the phone entirely works just fine..dont know what happened.
