Picture mail tp2?

I just want to know i recently got the tp2 n wondering does it have picture mail cuz i cant find it anywhere if their isnt is their an app that i can install so i can have it

the thing is that my my brother in law tried to do his own rom and messed the code up for the pm so now i dont get any so do you know if theirs a way of getting bck or fixing that
