Windows 7 onto Windows 6 phone?

Is it possible yet to download the Windows 7 operating system onto windows 6 and 6.5 phones?

Windows Phone 7 and Windows Mobile 6 are different operating systems..don't let the numbers confuse you..its a new OS from scratch..only thing in common is part of the kernel..

WP7 has been ported to the HD2..but due to the entire OS being hardware accelerated..porting on phones like TP2,TP,Diamond,Vogue,Mogul,Apache is unlikely..
