How to get original software back on device.

Hi, I just recently put a Rom on my phone and I am kind of tired with it and would like to go back. Does anyone know how I can do so? Thanks

Install the stock ROM available here. These are the official ROMs from Verizon. MR1 update should be OK to use.

Would he need to re-lock his phone? Or is that only necessary if he wants to take it in to be serviced or repaired?

relock is only needed if returning phone
