My mytouch 3g gose straight to voicemail

My mytouch 3g is going straight to voicemail. It will show who called and i can make out calls just cant get incoming. Please help me

First check your call and sound settings. If that is not it, try rebooting your phone. Last but not least call T-Mobile and see if some how a calling feature was enabled or to check if they are having network issues in your area.
