charging phone
hello, i believe the stock charger for this phone is 5vdc 1000mah. i left my charger at home and i'm staying with family. will it hurt to charge it with a charger that's 5vdc 2000mah? i found this:

the voltz have to be the same. the current is like the water pressure doesn't matter what it is, just more will do the job quicker. of course the device will only draw as much current(mah) as needed.

I = V/R I is the current and is the dependent variable. Now a bigger charger will maintain a more constant voltage under load which might mean the battery initially charges faster. Your phone is the load (Resistance) and the Voltage is provided by the charger. Transformer theory brings in a few more equations but for all practical purposes, the phone should charge the same.
