Then I believe it is ##diag# (so # instead of send) If that doesn't work grab qpst and open qpst configuration (while in diag mode on the phone) click add com port un-check the box at the bottom left of the pop-up, an unknown or surf com should come up click it and hit add. Remember the com port and switch to it in CDMA workshop then close qpst and hit connect in CDMA workshop. Sorry if that is confusing, I'm trying to explain from memory.
