Couple of questions

I see that not too many people are using the intercept. My brother in law just got one and overall it is a nice phone. It catches a lot of flack because the screen is only wqvga. But overall I like. Now to the questions. Are there any batteries from other phone models that are compatible with it or does it have a unique battery? Can anybody recommend a decent case for it? I have an innocase and holster for my hero but I didn't find anything like that for the intercept. And last does anybody know if the intercept has been rooted?

Re: Couple of questions

I, as well, am curious as to if there are any other compatible batteries.
I'm constantly charging this phone, lol. But, I also use it alot for internet and what not.

As for cases, check ebay? I got a nice green "rubberized" one for only 4 bucks.

And as far as rooting goes, there's a site that has done it, but as far as I know wifi still don't work when rooting the phone, that's why I haven't done it yet. I use the wifi alot.

Re: Couple of questions

Hi thndrandlitning5!

Could you say what site rooted the Intercept? So we could get our intercepts rooted to.

Thank you!

And ElAguila, you should check ebay, there are a lot of accessories for the Intercept. I already bought a case and screen film protector for mine, maybe you could find an extended battery there.

Re: Couple of questions

K. But if you like your wifi, don't root. The only way is to install the available kernel and it disables wifi.
