Virus Free RUU for TP2
Hey i Have been trying to put Custom ROMs on my Device with a RUU but every one i download is Blocked because its is virus infested.

It's a false positive. Are you using AVG? They recently made a change which reads certain dlls in the RUUs as viruses. I think this also happens with Norton. Turn off your antivirus, then download and install the ROM.

+1 On AVG, the #1 reason I uninstalled it and went with <gasp> Nortons's. ANd the only reason I am using that is because with Comcast.com it is free.

I have tried completely cutting off my AVP (norton) as well then I get error 0x80004007 I have tried adding a DEP exception, but I am unable to unzip the HLSP to find the .exe to add. Did you have any luck OP?
