I just forced it. Worked like a champ! Thanks. Just scan the update with your barcode scanner and it will DL for you. Then just install it like you do a regular update/rom. Easy, Easy, Easy.

Glad it worked for you, like i said I don't have a Droid, but I figured someone here might find it useful.
