new to droid

I moved from an Imagio to the droid x and really like it, one task I miss from the imagio is the abilty to read text and emails back to me, I found it extremely helpfull when driving, I looked around the x settings and can't seem to find the setup for audio read back is the phone able to do it? thanks in advance
