I believe mVu Mobile Viewer will do this for you.

go to the favorite cab thread and look for youtubeplay...it should be a stickie on the tp2 mainpage of ppcgeeks... it works great for me and very simple

GetYT. It's the best. Its at Omarket and has lots of downloads/good reviews. Make sure you get 1.2, they just updated it. I just used it to

V1.2 does not work with most of the ROMs in PPC geeks

I used to use it,but its not working anymore.
