Cannot Connect Error?

Sometimes when im doing nothing with my phone a window will pop up and say "Dialed:
Cannot connect for an unknown reason. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the problem continues, reset your mobile device according to your manufacturer's documentation and try again."

I have reset my phone and it still happens. What does it even mean??

It simply means it dropped connection while it was trying to do something that need internet connection. Weather update, email sync, ect ect.

Just tap ok and forget about it or you can open connection manager and cycle(turn it off then on) the data connection.

have you tried any different radios? there is a sticky in this section with t-mobile hd2 compatible radios to try.
