Telus samsung omnia please help!!

ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO GET THIS PHONE TO READ (place it in modem mode) ON THE COMPUTER I KNOW FOR THE VERIZON OMNIA ITS

START >> SETTINGS >> SYSTEM >> DATA CONNECTION >> As the modem through USB

but this one is different
i just want to load the cricket prl but im having trouble getting it to read and show up as a modem or under a com port

any help will be greatly appreciated

Try this
to get the phone to show up you may need to do the following:

on the phone go to menu/settings/system/Data Connections.

change to As the modem through USB
