Buttons on front and side don't work anymore

before i officially believe that it's a hardware problem is it possible for this to happen?

the directional pad and select button and the power button still work but ALL the other buttons don't work anymore.

i even reflashed it....

it is possible if you have bad flex cables connecting the different parts. But I say it is highly unlikely since the button on the front face share the same cables.

hmmm yea i don't get it cause the power button works, the wheel works, and the front dpad works but why won't the other 10+ buttons work??

even after a flash i am stuck to using the touch screen it's not bad except i have to shove my fat fingers into the top corners to hit OK

Ya I had the same thing happen to, I think my 3rd, 6800. I ended up taking it back in and getting another refurbished one.

My green camera button only works once in awhile and I really have to press it hard to work at all.
