Custom ringtones won't work after 2.1 update

I just updated my wifes Hero to the official 2.1 Rom from fresh 1.1 and now every contact rings with the default ringtone. I've used ringdroid to reset the ringtones, but it still uses the default tone for every call. BTW, when I went to fresh 2.1.1 on her phone, the whole thing went crazy and wouldn't ring at all, wouldn't send texts, and ran SUPER SLOW.

No problem here ... I just update 2 phones (wife and daughter) from 1.5 to 2.1.5 and had no issues with ringtones or notifications that were already on the SDCARD.

Sorry but everything went fine for me ... twice
