Odd Calendar Sync Issue

When I set up a calendar event (1 time) in Outlook, and use HTC Sync, it moves perfectly to my Incredible. However, when I set up a 1 time calendar event on the Incredible, HTC Sync doesn't to move it over. After a sync it is not present in outlook but is still present on the phone. Any ideas?

Replied already to your post on XDA. Phone has multiple calendars. When you create a new appointment, you're choosing the Phone calendar (default), this it isn't synching to your computer because that's a different calendar. Look at the drop down list when you're creating an appointment.
