I am working on a new app for my phone and need to create PDFs.

any idea on library/framework for Mobile 6.x to create PDFs?

search for fluidPDF.

Its not free but the only one I have seen for building PDFs on the phone.

Otherwise there are some online resources but u have to load the file to there sevice to create the pdf then the email the pdf back to you.
