Help! SPB Mobile Shell 3.5 and Imarche skins

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I cannot get the Skins update 4.5.2 (or any other one for that matter) to work with the new Spb Mobile Shell. The Shell program works great until I install the Skins program and then it won't work anymore. The Skins are working but all of a sudden I can't add widgets or anything to the lifestyle screen, can't make any adjustments at all. Can someone help?
