Unhappy HTC Touch stuck in boot...

So I flashed a phone with the coke and loaded a rom that I use on my HTC. The phone froze after initial boot and now will not go past the basic load page.

I have put it back into load status and flashed it with the Telus rom supplied on the site but it appears not to take.

Any ideas? I have posted the pictures of the phone and screens to assist.

Thanks,

D

Re: HTC Touch stuck in boot...

I've had the same problem in the past..
Did you unlock with Cokeman's unlocker 2.31?
If so what Operating System did you use 32-bit or 64-bit?

Your pics are not the greatest but it is a start, in pic one it appears you have the 2.31 SPL thats good in pic two I can not make out your radio version. Is it a 3.##.## version radio.
Try the following
upgrade radio to a 3.##.## version (found in my signature)
Flash a Sprint Shipped ROM then the bell ROM "If it's GPS"

Re: HTC Touch stuck in boot...

Whitey10tc:

You were right about the radio. I flashed the radio up to the latest and the phone booted with no problem.

I would like to thank you very much for your help. My friend is very happy that the phone is now working.

Regards,

Doug
