sms problem

i have version samsung omnia i like it so much but i hade when i format him and install arabic Support program and send sms to any one the sms arrive like this _____ or &&&
please help
i try to add these value to reg
HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA "MsgType" value="2"
HKLM\System\Inbox\Settings "MOSMSUseLatinEncode" value="0"
becuse its work on sprint htc pro but on version samsung omnia do not work plz help

I have HTC touch pro 2 wm 6.5 with 454 arabic version but I can not read any arabic messages, any help????

Every time I send or recive a message from others the reciver get the message like that ---------------
