Help!

1 - Bootloader comes up I get

Code:

VOGU100
SPL-2.01.0000
CPLD-3

2 - On boot I get stuck at the Verizon Screen Radio Version is 3.42.50

3 - Trying to run stock flash I get error 294 invalid vendor id.
Any other updates end in Error 262.

4 - Trying images from the sd card ends with image not found...

Any thoughts?
