Omnia keep cutting off the phone

Hi, I have a Omnia. About a week ago the device went crazy and I think I might have a virus. What happining is I try to make a call, it says the phone is off and I nhave to keep resetting the Omnia before I can turn it on. Also when I receive a call it will not let me answer the phone. If I do a hard reset it works fine for about two hours. Everything else on the Omnia seems to work ok. Can somebody help me.

Do you have the latest OS version from Verizon? If not, flashing to the new version would be the first thing I'd try.

If you're already updated, take it back to the store; sounds like a lemon.
