Does anyone have a way to remove that stupid unlock screen when you turn the screen on?

Try pressing the menu button, go to Settings, go to Display Settings, go to Lock Screen, and turn off the "Lock when display times out".

Or, you can HOLD the lock button on the side when turning on, and it will unlock it.
