[How to]Block ads in Opera Mobile. No root required!
Since moving to the HTC Rezound, I've been looking for a way to block ads in the mobile browser since adfree and all other apps require root. Dolphin offers ad free browsing as well but requires 5.00 upgrade fee. Well Opera mobile on the android market https://market.android.com/details?i....browser&hl=en
is one browser that will allow you to do this for free! Your browser will absolutely fly with very quick page rendering. This tutorial will help you accomplish this:

Thanks Bill. Without root, this is a great way to speed up the browser which gets bogged down with ads. It's really amazing how much quicker it makes it!

Can anyone help? Struggling to get this working. When I go to opera mobile and type in opera:config into the url i get a message saying "The webpage at opera://config might be temporarily down..."

Can you help? I'm on a galaxy mini.
