I say take it in to a service/repair store and they will fix it or replace it if you have insurance. If you're with Sprint they will fix it for $35 if even if you don't have insurance. If you don't have insurance and you want to try to fix it yourself then like demon said get the digitizer and lcd assembly for easier installation.
