Hey folks, I've been using my Telus Touch Pro's GPS daily over the last two weeks, and this morning while starting my running app (Records my route via GPS, my phone rebooted. Since it rebooted, I cannot get GPS to work at all.
- I updated with QuickGPS, still nothing.
- I flash danced (wipe memory, reflash, even used a second newer ROM) and still no effect.
- Finally, I tried GPSTest and it can't even find the GPS reciever, which if memory serves, is COM4.
Everything worked great until this morning, now after a new ROM, another QuickGPS, GPS will not work. I've never had a problem, and its always locked on in under 30 seconds. Garmin, On Course, Google Maps, Crosschart GPS Test and HTC GPS Tool all have no success.
Is it even possible to burn out a GPS reciever?
