Hi guys, new here but longtime PPC6700 owner.
I just installed
(Build 18508.0.7.0) 20071217, upgrading from previous Helmi's WM5 AKU 3.5. It's very slick and I like it a lot, but I am experiencing odd memory problems. After a fresh soft reset, my free program memory is 20mb. A few hours later, with light usage, it's down to about 7mb and many programs refuse to start or fail to run properly. A soft reset fixes the problem.
I'm running the following "extras" that may affect the memory: (Latest versions of each)
- Wisbar Advance 3
- vBirthday Deluxe
- PhoneAlarm Full
- PhotoContacts Pro 5
I've also got ActiveSync set up with an exchange server doing push, and an IMAP account that checks every 15 minutes.
My questions are:
1. Are any of the things I listed above possible causes for this memory leak?
2. Is there a way to figure out what is causing the leak?
3. Can I fix this? I really want to stay with this new ROM.
