after unlocking you're touch pro you need to find a touch pro ROM of your choice.. I'm not sure which one is energy 3.0 sadly but i know his ROM's and you can download his latest =]
I'm guessing you wanted titanium by the look of the ROM so follow this link here to download his titanium only ROM.

after downloading it extract the Rar, and look for the file " Custom_RUU " run it and follow the screen steps and let the new ROM flash =P
