During peak times this would count as 2 calls if you're calling an off-network number as one phone call is coming in an another phone call is forwarding out. Nights and weekends/Friends & Family, if you have an applicable plan would be free. Check with Verizon to determine if this is part of your cellular plan).
To access your voice mailbox (while roaming off-network or from any phone):
1. Dial your mobile number - don't pick up, wait for it to go into voicemail.
2. Press # to interrupt the greeting and follow the prompts to enter your password/PIN code and retrieve messages.
