3rd TP in a little over a month.. time to switch? I just received my
new refurbished TP last week and already having the same keyboard failure I had on the original one. I called Sprint last night to go ahead and get a new phone and got the run around with their tech. He tried to tell me that he uses the same phone and has not had one single problem with the keyboard OR the keyboard lag..
Also suggested I power down and take out my battery EVERY night to prevent the keyboard failure. Long story short (done ranting) I am eligable for upgrade on the first of August..should I try the Pre? I absolutely love my TP but don't want to have to constantly be replacing phones bc of the ****ty keyboard.
