For those having problems with the signal bar not showing please check the following in your registry

Got a taskbar from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=511671 stirred up icons and the result is in the attachment. All credits go to the developer bilbobrian. Tons of thanks to 12aon as well for his guidance and responsiveness. :)

Interesting. It looks like the Task Manager is skinnable. I'll dig into that tonight when I get home from work...
