Try out the brand new City Walk application
 

Hi!
I just finished version 1.0 of my Windows phone 7 application.
It's called City Walk and devides a city into 50x50 meter squares. The users goal is to visit as meny of the squares as possible. Ranking lists keep track of how well you do compared to other users. Feel free to try out the fully working trial version (14 days) and give any kind of feedback.

I'm going to check this out - hopefully for you v. 2 you look at adding in exciting content from Wikipedia. I know multitasking is an issue but push notification of some type upon destination arrival would be cool (think app notifies you when you walk past a historical landmark.)

Hi, thank you for the interest and feedback!
I've been thinking of ways to extend the application. But at the same time I want the application to be pretty 'simple' and easy to use and understand. And I guess there are already a couple of 'find interesting places' applications out there.

But perhaps just a few interesting places could be added for each city and some kind of bonus given for finding those :-)
