Google voice app or something to say how many voicemails you have?
 

I have samsung intrepid and just got google voice for my current phone number. The only problem is, the phone still says how many voicemails I have on the sprint system, not on my google voice system. Any way to fix this?

Call your voicemail and delete them.

huh? That's not what I asked at all. I'm talking about the phone tells you on the home screen how many voicemails you have, but it's referring to with your cell provider.

onedialer.com to manage google voice messages/sms and you need to go into your phone settings and clear VM and also dial your sprint phone number and delete new messages.

let me clarify. he wants a notification when he has a vm on his google voice number

Exactly what I am looking for two. I don't really use the dialing part of GV but do use the Voicemail. I was thinking about trying to throw together a simple GV Voicemail app and add these features :)

Tedtlogan.. BillSPreston just called he said theres and app out there for that.. it can do what you need and much more like go back in time and its called "Wild STALLIONS!"

oh and.. you mean you have GV and an app for it on yoru phone.. with a GV number which isnt the same as yours... I think what you want is to have yoru cell phone calls go to your GV? if so go into www.google.com/voice and have your celluar calls forwarded to your GV number. THEN download ONEDIALER.. you can check all your voicemails with that.. and they are even typed up for you....

Anyone see where Reemus went to?

yea a program like that would be nice that or something that would be able to tape into the systems default voicemail notifcation system and make it work that way

Google voice started having support for using your own number recently. That's what I Use.
