Telenav Renewal Help

After a ROM upgrade a few months back I loaded up the Sprint Telenav cab, then the (I think) 5.5 Telenav cab. All was working well.

Now I get prompted that I need to renew.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

FWIW, I have an Everything Data plan, I've always had the Telenav capability.

I appreciate the help.

Long time ago, I called sprint about the renewal cause I too had this issue when I upgrade to a rom and reloaded Sprint/Tele Nav, they told me just to go ahead and click the $9.99 and if for some reason it got added to my account it would cancel out since I had GPS Nav included in my plan and if there was still a problem they would remove the 9.99 charge with no problem.

I've had some long experiences with Sprint Support and Telenav. Usually the access only lasts 3-6 months. I call and ask to be transferred to Tier 3 support, the usual customer service geeks don't no nuthin. I then tell them I need them to contact Telenav to reprovision my account. Usually takes some time for them to get the Telenav support person on phone to do it but that's usually all it takes. If you need more info or still have issues PM and I'll try to help.

The guys on Sprint Chat are telling me that this isn't something enabled with my plan. Has anyone else heard this with SERO? Its a first for me after seeing the renewal screen.

You might just have to downgrade to the original Sprint nav app that came with the phone and when it asks for name and email just leave it blank

If anyone is interested on how to add addresses and/or look up businesses on the web and sync them to their navigator's "favorites", here is the link: http://my.telenav.com

I use this www alot, it is very user friendly way of sending it to the fav. from doing reasearch on locations you can even download the software to have a icon on the IE toolbar for quick access.

Good info for people who are not aware.... a "Thanks" is on your way. 8)

Dont worry about the misspelling.....you are not graded here...just as long as we can understand..lol

Just did that for the 5th time. And the Telenav support lady hung up on both of us! and they say Sprint CS sucks...I am getting tired of having to redo it every 2 months:x
