I need to lock Phone during Call
 

Well, there is an issue with the Phone Canvas for my Treo Pro (CDMA/QVGA), and it doesn't work well with WM6.5.

I have tried -every- single regedit, and I can't find a single way to lock/turn off the screen DURING a phone call.

I've heard that we could just hit the 'power button', alas, it does not work during calls.

I'm just looking for a simple method of turning off the screen during a call with the default 6.5 Phone Canvas. Help! ;D

There is an app called screen toggle that turns the screen off/on, not sure it will work for you but you can give it a try.

That'd be okay, same idea, but I just need that to happen when a call connects...

you could try CSDEVCTRL (Autlock) not sure if it will work on your phone, but works great on all my htc's. btw, it uses the built in lock and adds functions.

What about this? It will automatically turn your phone screen off when you talk, and back on when you have it in an horizontal position...

That will only work with G-sensor base devices.

you could install s2u2 and select the blank screen on talk in power settings.

Dont know if it works or not on the PTP, because I dont have one.

I started working on my own solution last night, and I have it successfully turning off the screen during a phone call. I'm just researching how to make it run as a service, and hopefully use less resources / processes.
