Android Google 3D Map for HTC Touch
 
I might be late with this but is there some kind of app to get the google 3d navi that the new Android has for HTC Touch?

Get on google and a do a search for google navigator. It was floating around for PPC before android phones were out in the wild.

So at this point in time, there is no free equivalent to the Droid program for the HTC Touch Pro, or any other Smart/WinMo phone?

IMO, AmazeGPS would be the closest match ("basic" version is free).

Would google navigator conflict with the Sprint Navi?

AmazeGPS doesn't even list WinMo or HTC as a supported device/brand (see here: http://www.amazegps.com/?language=in...=&page=handset)

So...... not sure this would be a solution, lol. Maybe (hopefully) I am missing something? The title of the thread was navigation for HTC Touch, I only see heavy Nokia and Blackberry support on their website.

From their FAQ:

Q:I don't find version 5 for my Windows Mobile phone
A:Currently, only version 4.5 is available for Windows Mobile phones. We are working on version 5 also for Windows Mobile.

So, on the home page, scroll down to "Download older version 4.5 for free" and you will get here:

Then proceed with download...

hummm that is werid....it has "coming soon windows mobile"
