Webcam Watcher?
 

If I have a webcam plugged into my computer, is there a program for PPC that will allow me to watch through the webcam through wifi from a remote location?

Yeah orb can do this. along with letting you view files on you computer. Best of all its free.

ORB is great for remote viewing.

I second ORB I use it once in a while to keep an eye on my dogs with my webcams in the house. Works well! Sound and Video to see them.

I triple orb. Awesome program, does a lot more than you'd ever expect a free program to do.
