Its far from crappy. And yes its GREAT! The greatest AIM app out there for the WM OS. It is most definitely better than the crappy one that they give you in the TP2. Try it for your self. If you a heavy AIM user, you will LOVE this it. ;]

which one is it? is it the really old one that looks like aim from 10 years ago with the sign in page. Screenshots would be nice. I use Slick for AIM. once you adjust the font and colors it's amazing. palringo has also become quite good. So, i'm not eager to try any cab just labeled "aim," please convince us with an image!

I recommend you guys try out Palringo. IMO it's the best msing app available for ppc's. It does aim/icq/yahoo/google chat/facebook chat, etc. and works very well doing it.

The only thing I don't like about Palringo is that it doesn't support smileys yet... I'm sticking with IM+ untill it does...

palringo is great, but the battery drain is murder. dont get me started on aim ... it is the worst im app out.

hmm i think i'll stick wit palringo and im+ they both seem to work pretty well for me i like palringo but still lacks a lot of features i get with im+

Yes I have.

It is a very nice, clean looking client.

The only problem I had with it was that it was too slow on every device I used it on (mogul, touch, diamond, touch pro, treo pro, and touch pro 2). Other than the sluggishness of it it was awesome.

If AOL could release a faster version then this would be an amazing app.

Yeaaa beejive is the shydd, if i can ever get it to working on windows 6.5 ...idk whats wrong wit it but i miss it ...but i agree aim ha a very nice interface but it's way to slow.... and palringo is great but it kill my batt so fast it's no point to even be on ...u wont be able to do anything becuz ur phonee died lol idkk i havent tried IM+ does it show the icon and away messages?

the only thing i don't line about Parlingo is that you don't have a history of your chat, when you close the chat window the history is gone.

Hello, Don't worry, I actually know for a fact that Palringo is making a premium membership for WM soon =] I spend some time reading and posting on there forums at times.... the feature is there but can't be selected and I think there working on adding the history chat soon =] heres the latest beta cab from November the 5 th with the change log as well from them.
