WM 6.5.1 Contacts extraction?

I have searched without success...

Is it possible to extract the default contacts app from build 23412 (enhanced UI) and install on other builds, ex: 23017?

I would try to extract the numerous SCRD_------.png & relative contact files, but I am not aware of any dependency files or reg edits. Has anyone information if this is possible?
