I am new here, and was interested in downloading the Viingo. When I tried to log into the site for the download, i get an "Unknown Error An unknown error occurred while processing your request. This is most likely due to a connection failure. Please try again."

Has anybody else had this problem while attempting to download it?

Updated : There was an issue with my account. Re-registering with the same e-mail seemed to solve the problem!
